    Semi-Private Training

    Allows you and your friend to train together. A great way to stay motivated and save on your training costs.

    Small Group Training

    Dynamic group workouts of 3 – 4 people, it’s fast-paced and intense. Form a group or join an existing one.

    Session Length

    We also offer sessions of different lengths. You can choose 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour sessions for most formats. This further allows you to work within your schedule and budget.
