Functional Group Training
Group Training at Fitness Incentive is part of our DNA; it’s a functional, high intensity, butt-kicking good time. Our group training programs are created and taught by the best group trainers in the industry, designed to stimulate lean muscle growth, build endurance, and burn calories. Our electric group training programs utilize functional training techniques to target core and stabilization muscles, matched with explosive movements, circuits, battle ropes, TRX, ViPR, kettlebells, bags, medicine balls, and more. Our group training programs have been expanded due to high demand, as they became instant favorites among new and longtime members alike. Fitness Incentive’s group training is addicting, but if you don’t want to sweat or work hard, these programs may not be for you.
Jump and Drill
Punch, Kick and Drill Your Way to Fitness
Cardio, Strength, Balance & Flexibility. This class has it all! Invented and instructed by Kelly Wallace, one of our most experienced and popular instructors, Jump & Drill will take you through an invigorating and empowering workout incorporating kicks, punches, and combinations with athletic drills. Proper execution and proficiency of all moves will allow participants to maximize muscle tone, range of motion, and aerobic capacity. You’ll also work some awesome stretches and ab exercises that you’ll be able to do at home! And you’ll be doing some real hitting – of the pads, that is – punching, kicking, the works. So everyone who joins the program will need to join with a partner – a pad partner! The class will be limited to 20 people – 10 pairs. There is an additional fee for this class, and registration is required.

High Intensity Interval Training
Hard H.I.I.T. is a high-intensity interval training program that incorporates T.R.X. Suspension Training, battling ropes, and high-intensity interval training/cardio drills. Together, they combine to create a challenging and powerful combination of cardio and H.I.I.T. drills, strength training intervals on the T.R.X., and powerhouse drills with weights and kettlebells. The Queenax is a revolutionary modular functional training system that allows a nearly limitless number of uses. The unit supports multiple users and multiple uses simultaneously. These include boxing heavy bags, a landmine station, battling ropes, pulleys, monkey bars, chin-up bars, hand weights, suspension yoga, TRX, and super-functional suspended bar training…just to name a few.
