Welcome to Studio X

Studio X is one of our three Studio Programs, home to our core Group Ex classes. It’s the first among equals: the biggest, at over 2200 sq ft, and home to the most classes. In fact, there are dozens of different classes available every day, all taught in a spacious, inviting studio with impact-absorbing high-density foam flooring, meaning you can go hard and still be gentle on your joints. Classes span a wide variety of styles, including classic aerobics and strength classes, as well as rebounding, step, kickboxing, HIIT, body sculpting…the list goes on and is ever-evolving! And let’s not forget about our instructors! Experienced, professional, and, most importantly, inspiring, our instructors are among the very best on Long Island.

How To Prep

Make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes early to your first class and introduce yourself to your instructor. Your instructor will let you know what equipment you need for class and make sure you are comfortable and confident before you start class.

How To Choose A Class

 It can be tough to know where to start with so many class options. We recommend starting with a time of day that works for you. Then you can view your class options by type and description. You should try to experience as many classes as possible. All classes can be modified for every fitness level. If you have any questions, stop at the front desk, and we can help you choose the best fit for you.

What To Wear And Bring

 We recommend wearing any comfortable workout clothes – shorts or workout leggings and a tank or tee. Sneakers should always be worn in the group x studio. Make sure you come to class hydrated and bring water. If you forget, don’t worry – we have a water fountain and sell water in our cafe.
