Let’s Meet the Yogis

Our Yoga instructors are as diverse as the yoga styles they teach! Here is a quick intro to our current Yoga instructors:

Donna Pfister

Donna teaches a variety of classes at Studio Yoga FI, including a beginner/intermediate yoga class on Monday mornings at 10:30 am, a Level 1 Mat Pilates class on Wednesdays at 9:30 am, followed at 10:30 am by a Core Balance class. Donna says: “I love each class I teach and the students that I share them with. I like to end each class with this saying; “Until we meet again, let go and enjoy your journey.”

Sabrina Morici

“My friends call me ‘Sab, ‘ and my family calls me ‘Bri.'”

Sabrina also teaches a variety of classes at Studio Yoga FI. Among her classes are a YinYasa class that combines Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, as well as an Explorative Yoga class that focuses on alignment and yogic themes. Sabrina also teaches Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, where “we use our “powerhouse” to perform various strengthening and lengthening exercises that target the entire body!”

Sabrina’s favorite quote: “‘The past no longer exists, and the future is not yet here. There is only a single moment in which we can truly be alive, and that is the present moment.” – Thich Nhat Hanh (Source: ‘You Are Here.’ by Thich Nhat Hanh)

Cheryl Dello Russo

Cheryl’s nickname: Cherylina

Chery teaches Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin Yoga at Studio Yoga FI. Cheryl says: “My classes are designed so that each student can uniquely express themselves through movement and meditation. We heal, breathe & laugh together! “

Cheryl’s favorite quote: “May you always be happy. May you always be healthy. May you always live with ease. Namaste” 💚

Stormy Barbara

Stormy’s nickname: Storm

Stormy teaches Vinyasa Yoga at Studio Yoga FI. Her classes are “geared towards stimulation of both the mind and body and are meant to provoke thought and encourage depth, with the goal of leaving students feeling contemplative and recharged as they step off the mat.”

Stormy’s favorite quote: “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list.”

Stephanie Cosentino

Stephanie’s spiritual name is Devi. She teaches Kundalini Yoga at Studio Yoga FI.

Kundalini Yoga is a “natural unfolding of your own nature” (yogi Bhajan). “Like a snake, you will need to shed old skins to be more of who you are.” The ultimate goal of Kundalini is to increase your self-awareness by silencing your mind and unblocking your chakras so that your vital energy can flow freely. Breathwork, asana, and meditation are combined to move your energy, fortify your mind and balance your chakras.

Stephanie’s personal Motto: “Focus on the flow and go.”

Alexandra Euler

Nickname: Alex

Alex teaches Power Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6–7 pm at Studio Yoga FI.

Throughout the class, the style changes from a short sequence with more prolonged postures that builds on with strenuous poses and mobility movements as the sequence is repeated at the pace of the breath. Done mostly with standing and balancing asanas, Power Yoga is an excellent workout for the entire body.

Alex’s mantra: “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo.” (Ong Namo means: I bow to the Divine wisdom of All That Is” Guru Dev Namo means: “I bow to the Divine teacher within”)

Daphny Lauren Bravo

Nickname: Dee Dee/ Daph

Daphny teaches Primal Power Yoga at Studio Yoga FI. Primal Power Yoga is a practice of flowing visceral movements to move stuck energy out of the body while opening the hips & heart. This practice helps you tap into your primal energy to strengthen your body and soul.

Daph’s Favorite Quote: “Make the pain worth the lesson.”

Coral Gagliano

Coral teaches Infrared Hot Yoga and a Vinyasa Flow at Studio Yoga FI. Both classes are a slow flow of yoga while activating your muscles connecting to your mind, body, and soul.

Coral’s Motto:

“Don’t fill your head with worries; there won’t be room for anything else.”

Dayna Ognibene

Nickname: just Dayna

Dayna teaches Warm Vinyasa at Studio Yoga FI. Dayna describes her class as “an all-levels, traditional yoga experience with a vibe-y soundtrack in a warm room.”

Dayna’s Motto: “Zen for Everyone, take five breaths.”
