Studio Mind+Body

Studio Mind+Body at Fitness Incentive encompasses Yoga, Pilates, and Stretch classes and workshops. Led by some of the finest instructors on Long Island, our Mind+Body program resides in a beautiful, tranquil, and meditative space that allows you to enjoy and expand your practice. Moreover, our dedicated studio is heated with infrared ceiling panels, providing a restorative warmth for hot classes. Studio Mind+Body is available to our All-Access members, but can also be purchased as a stand-alone Mind+Body Membership.

What To Expect

Fitness Incentive is proud to offer one of Long Island’s finest Mind+Body programs. Our Mind+Body program is a natural extension of our belief in a balanced approach to health, fitness, and life. Our dedicated studio and caring, experienced instructors will provide you with an unforgettable Yoga experience.

How To Prep

Make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class and introduce yourself to your instructor. Your instructor will let you know if you need anything for class and make sure you are comfortable and confident before you start class.

What To Wear And Bring

We recommend wearing any comfortable workout clothes – shorts or workout leggings and a tank or tee. Most members practice barefoot, but you also have the option to wear socks. If you have a mat, bring it. Otherwise, we provide mats in the room. Make sure you come to class hydrated and bring water. If you forget, don’t worry – we have a water fountain and sell bottled water in our cafe.
