Studio Yoga by Fitness Incentive provides a tranquil environment to explore and practice with the best Yoga instructors in New York. Dedicated and caring expert instructors guide classes, private sessions, and workshops to promote a balanced approach to health and wellness. The Studio Yoga program is a combination of techniques involving breathing, meditation, and postures to enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of our members.
What To Expect
Fitness Incentive is proud to offer one of Long Island’s finest Mind & Body programs. Our Yoga program is a natural extension of our belief in a balanced approach to health, fitness, and life. Our dedicated studio and caring, experienced instructors will provide you with an unforgettable Yoga experience.
How To Prep
Make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes early to your first class and introduce yourself to your instructor. Your instructor will let you know if you need anything for class and make sure you are comfortable and confident before you start class.
What To Wear And Bring
We recommend wearing any comfortable workout clothes – shorts or workout leggings and a tank or tee. Most members practice barefoot, but you also have the option to wear socks. If you have a mat, bring it. Otherwise, we provide mats in the room. Make sure you come to class hydrated and bring water. If you forget, don’t worry – we have a water fountain and sell water in our cafe.
Non-Members are Welcome!
Single classes and multi-class packages may be

Private Yoga Instruction
Work one on one or in a very small group with your own personal instructor. This is a great way to take your practice to begin your practice or deepen the practice you already have. Call, stop by the front desk, or email us for more details.
