What I Eat: A Typical Day

I guess I should start by saying I love food. If I’m not preparing a meal, I’m probably thinking about the meal I’m about to prepare, and if I’m not doing either of those things, I’m probably watching a cooking show. I believe that food is medicine and place an extremely high value on what I feed myself and my family. Whether I have 5 minutes to whip up a quick breakfast or a few hours to prepare a dinner with my husband, I approach my meals with the same ideology. I want them to be healthy, delicious, and convenient. In the video above, I share what a typical day of eating looks like for my family and me. I hope it gives you some ideas to try out with you and your loved ones.
