I met Julie a few years ago at her first attempt with the Fantastic Four Competition. I quickly learned she was extremely competitive. So when she approached me this time to find a spot for her on a team, I knew she was serious. And that she was! In the first week, she had a weight loss of 14lbs. Incredible, impossible, right!? It’s the truth. I saw it with my own eyes. From each week to follow, it was another few pounds, consistently losing.
So you ask, “What was her secret?,” because I certainly did. She continually answered the same thing. “I went back to week one!” Week One was beginning of my EverydayDetox Program. Each week the plan is broken down into a specific agenda. Week One was (and is) a detox week, specifically geared to get you off the sugar and to stop craving it. Other weeks and plans obliviously followed during the competition, but not for Julie. She stuck to Week One for ten weeks.
She never diverted from her plan. Meals were simple and mostly the same. Omelet for breakfast, more eggs for lunch with her vegetable montage and fish and steamed veggies for dinner. No great big surprises here, just consistency. She never cheated! The perfect client. She listened, she worked, she produced results.
