The ever-changing progress of fitness and training has been very evident in today’s world, with social media and “online” coaching becoming the main resources for learning what to do in the gym. Technology has become a great tool in the fitness industry; however, the abundance of information can make picking and sticking to a training program difficult, even for experienced gym-goers. Experienced gym-goers – and you may be one – can hold their own in the gym; they generally know what they are doing and use the gym as a place to slip into their headphones, work out, and de-stress. But with work and life getting in the way, it can be really hard to find the time or motivation to design specific training programs on your own to meet your goals. So you just end up doing whatever workouts you can muster up the energy to think of that day. Often, it’s the same old stuff you’ve been doing, maybe for months. So your progress stalls. 

A Different Approach

With the new FI Coach training program, the experienced gym-goer can get a detailed training program that is professionally designed and managed to meet their individual goals and training style. The best part is that it won’t be like other fully “online” training programs where you don’t know if you’re receiving a program specifically for you. And unlike other online programs, FI Coach includes face-to-face time with a real, live human trainer, who is there to answer questions, tweak your workouts, and correct your form. For the experienced gym-goer, this “hybrid” approach, combining virtual workouts and in-person guidance, is truly the best of both worlds. You get the enjoyment of working out on your own and confidence that your program is designed and evolving to get you results. 

How It Works

FI Coach starts with a face-to-face with Personal Trainer/Strength and Conditioning coach Sean Horan. You’ll have an in-depth conversation about what training style would work best for you. Together, you’ll devise a training schedule to fit your lifestyle, a detailed program that takes the guessing out. Everything is factored into your training cycle: when to check weight, when to grab a cardio session, even active rest days. It’s all included. And it’s all conveniently at your fingertips, delivered through the brand new FI+ app on your phone. 

The New FI Coaching Program will include:
  1. Three months of detailed training programs through our new FI+ Mobile App. 
  2. Short video clips of every exercise in the workout, demonstrated by Sean on the actual equipment in Fitness Incentive. 
  3. Monthly face-to-face meetings to go over progress and set goals.
  4. Access to Inbody Body Composition scan and macro programming to help you meet your goals.
  5. Personal on-app calendar with workouts, weight check-ins, cardio sessions, and progress markers. 
  6. Sets/ Reps/ Weight lifted tracking to optimize strength and muscle progression, reviewable by you and Sean. 
  7. Two-way messaging through the app to go over any questions or concerns, with the ability to set up in-person meetings to problem solve.
