What is Well-Choices and Holistic Nutrition Therapy?
Fitness Incentive is excited to announce a major upgrade to our nutritional program; we are now offering the Holistic Nutrition Therapy program designed by Well-Choices. This program allows you to strive for more than just weight loss by providing one-on-one counseling, unlimited messaging, automated tracking, weekly meal plans, blood lab reviews, and DNA analysis. The program is designed with the view that a person shouldn’t have to constantly count calories to live a healthier life. Well-Choices’ holistic program focuses on all the significant elements that make up a healthy lifestyle. It promotes positive habitual change for long-term improvements in health, body composition, energy, immune function, and mood.
Like the previous Eat Smart nutrition program, this will be managed by yours truly, Liz Keller, FI’s Certified Nutrition Specialist. I will continue to provide in-person one-on-one counseling and InBody scans that include a printed analysis detailing the muscle, fat, and water values. Using this data, I can properly assess body composition and provide caloric goals based on optimizing metabolism for your specific needs. My in-person counseling also offers a safe space for measurements to track body recomposition that may go beyond the results from the scale (for example, losing inches vs. losing pounds).

With Holistic Nutrition Therapy (HNT) at Fitness Incentive, I can also offer virtual sessions, weekly meal plans, and access to the Well-Choices app that supports unlimited messaging for greater accountability in-between sessions. Each client’s program is individualized and includes a complete plan that reviews your nutrition, hydration, stress management, sleep, activity, and lifestyle habits.
What’s more, I can even help you understand your body’s unique needs by analyzing Blood Labs, DNA, Hormones, Personality, and Lifestyle.
