“Strong bodies are built by stronger minds.”

My Journey Into Fitness
After high school, I felt a little lost. Sports had always been my outlet—I played field hockey, did gymnastics, and ran long-distance track. But once that chapter closed, I realized I no longer had a coach or a team to push me. That’s when it hit me: the only person who can truly push you is you.
When I first started lifting, I followed the basics—upper/lower splits, conventional strength, and resistance training. Over time, my approach evolved. About four to five years ago, I shifted toward more movement and agility-based training. I began to see that as we get older, it’s not just about how much we can lift—it’s about how we move. Something as simple as bending down to tie your shoes should feel natural, not painful.
The more we train, the more freedom we gain—the ability to move with ease, strength, and confidence in our own bodies. That requires balance: listening to your body, being kind to it, and still pushing it to become better.

Overcoming Setbacks
The confidence I’ve gained outside the gym because of my time in the gym has been tremendous. Fitness doesn’t just change your body—it changes how you carry yourself in every part of life.
But my path hasn’t been without setbacks. Getting sick in 2020 was one of the hardest challenges I’ve faced. My body simply wasn’t responding the way it used to, no matter how consistent I stayed. I felt lost—and, honestly, a little hopeless.
When no doctor could give me answers, I had to step up as my own biggest cheerleader. Some days, I wanted to quit. I didn’t train as hard, I didn’t look the way I once did, and my progress stalled. But I never stopped. That persistence is what I’m most proud of.
That experience taught me something vital: the mind is stronger than we realize—and when the mind leads, the body follows.

My Philosophy as a Trainer
My training philosophy is built on balance, encouragement, and continuous education. I believe in listening to clients—not just to what they want from a workout, but what they want for their future self.
I believe everyone should lift weights. Strength is longevity. The more muscle we build, the better, healthier, and longer our lives can be. But I also believe in perspective: you’re never going to look like the person next to you, or the model in a magazine. You can only look like the best version of you.
⸻
What It’s Like to Train With Me
When you train with me, you can expect to be heard, motivated, and challenged in a way that feels safe and supportive. I adapt to what my clients need—sometimes that’s encouragement, sometimes it’s accountability, and sometimes it’s a push when they’ve got more in the tank than they think.
Setbacks happen. Life gets in the way. But you only get one body, and it’s my mission to help you make it the best one you’ll ever live in.
⸻
Beyond the Gym
Outside of training, I nanny because I love working with kids. I’ve managed Trader Joe’s locations, attended beauty school, and worked in salons—so I bring a wide range of experiences to the table. And yes, I can juggle too (because life is more fun when you can surprise people).
⸻
Looking Ahead
As a trainer, my goal is simple: to help others achieve theirs. Once we reach a milestone together, we’ll set a new one. Progress never stops, and neither should growth. Professionally and personally, I’ll always work to improve—not just for myself, but for my clients.
At the end of the day, my mission is to remind people that no matter what challenges life throws at you, you’re stronger than you think. And when you don’t believe it yet—I’ll be there to help you prove it to yourself.
