Nishpanda Brava – relaxation and Mindfulness technique
Clavicular Breathing – Breathing technique-helps prevent and heal respiratory disease as well as throat disorders and more.

Firdosh Qureshi is a certified Yoga instructor and Group exercise instructor. She teaches classes in especially Meditation and Yoga Mudra to groups as well as private sessions. Her sessions help people with health problems like controlling blood pressure and overcoming depression with meditation healings.
