Something New Is In The Air…

As Summer comes to a close, we say goodbye to the season of letting go of inhibitions and say hello to the season of reconnecting with goals. More so than the New Year, Fall on Long Island signifies a time of reset. Kids are back in school, days get shorter, the weather gets a bit cooler, and it’s time to reign in the summer shenanigans and get refocused on health and wellness. That’s why Liz Keller, Eat Smart nutritionist, personal trainer, instructor, (and of course my BFF), and I have decided to bring you something fresh and new for the fall season. We call it Power 45.

What to expect?

Power 45 is a little something we dreamt up that combines all of our favorite things – strength, cardio, and HIIT. This is an outdoor program that is limited to twelve people and will give you the authentic experience of personal training with the added motivation of working out with a group of like-minded individuals.

When you arrive at class, you will be put through a short warm-up and be separated into three groups of four. Liz and I will demonstrate the exercises for the day, and you and your group will dive into your workout. You will work through three stations that each incorporate three different exercises for timed intervals. You can expect exercises like pull-ups, slam- balls, wall-throws, battling-ropes, squats, push-ups, and a lot more!

Shake It Up!

This program is designed to really shake up your routine, push you out of your comfort zone and take your fitness to a whole new level. If you’re looking for just that, join Liz and me for what we promise will be an incredible 8-week program.
