The Missing Link…In Your Training Routine.

ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It is an essential functional tool used here at Fitness Incentive within small group limited enrollment training. ViPR is not a replacement, but an addition to your routine that brings play and fun back into the exercise equation. I fell in love with ViPR training and added it into my routine two times a week. The workouts are challenging, and there’s always something different you can do with this piece of equipment. The possibilities are endless, and that’s my favorite part. From taking the class as a member to teaching it as an instructor, I truly believe this tool just might be the missing component for anyone who is working on endurance performance, core strengthening, or is just plain getting bored with their routine workouts.

What is ViPR?

ViPR is a rubber tube which is designed to provide a whole-body workout, build muscle, and burn calories through a new concept called “Loaded Movement Training,” that focuses on full-body task-oriented movement with resistance. The ViPR weights range from 4 kg, 6 kg, 8 kg, 10 kg, 12 kg, 16 kg to 20 kg.

What does ViPR stand for?

Vitality: The state of being strong and active
Performance: the act of carrying out or accomplishing something
Reconditioning: renovate; from an injury, from some time off, from who you are now to who you want to be

Where did ViPR come from?

ViPR was inspired by observing farm kids who moved “with load” in their daily life and were stronger than their competitors in sports.

Why train with ViPR?

  • Increased functional mobility and agility
  • Improvement in multi-directional stability, strength, and power
  • Enhanced balance, timing, and coordination
  • Increased calorie burn during and after workouts

Client Reviews:

Katherine Benevisto: “I joined Fitness Incentive a few months ago, and VIPR quickly became one of my favorite classes. ViPR is never the same routine, challenging but fun at the same time. ViPR gives you one-on-one attention in a class setting. Danielle goes through every move and keeps you motivated to do your personal best.”

Melissa Marinello: “Is it a challenge? YES. Do I love it? ABSOLUTELY. Danielle’s VIPR class is a great way to get a full body workout. You’re hitting everything; arms, legs, butt, back, back, you name it! Thank you for making every insane minute of your class worth it.”
