Beautiful Brows

Microblading, also known as brow embroidery or 3-D brows, is the latest, semi-permanent eye brown that procedure that has been gaining popularity due to its incredible natural look. Many people suffer from thinning brows for many different reasons, including age, alopecia, trichotillomania, chemotherapy, scars, over tweezing, waxing, and threading. Microblading is the ideal solution, perfect for anyone who is not happy with the shape or fullness of their brows, male or female, whatever the cause.

This is How We Do It

In this procedure, I implant pigment into the skin’s uppermost layers with a fine, disposable microblade. This tool, coupled with the shallow placement of pigment, allows me to create crisp hair strokes so fine they look completely natural.

To start, we apply a topical numbing cream to keep you comfortable. We then measure and draw an outline of the brows creating the proper starting location, arch, and endpoints to enhance your features, followed by customizing pigment to match your brow hair. The whole procedure takes approximately 2 to 2 ½ hours, from perfecting our template (drawing) to meticulously implanting each stroke.

Follow Up

A 6-week touch-up visit is a recommended practice with all Permanent Makeup or Microblading because it is unpredictable how each individual will retain pigment. During the follow-up visit, we will address shape and color and make any adjustments if needed.

How Long Will It Last?

Due to the shallow placement of the pigment, this procedure lasts 12- 18 months.  Some factors that contribute to pigment fade are sun exposure, topicals, and how your skin absorbs pigment. Future visits are required to maintain those crisp, natural-looking hair strokes for years to come.
