Janet Lang

Janet Lang started teaching group exercise classes in NYC and has been a group exercise instructor at FI for twenty years.  She was an avid runner until a back injury halted her running career. That’s when she discovered cycling and has never looked back.  Janet loves the energy and challenge of motivating others during cycle classes.
