Ingredients
- 7 TBL Ketchup
- 1 Cup Quick Cooking Oatmeal½ Cup Chopped Onions
- 2 TBL Dried Parsley
- 1 TBL Dried Basil
- ½ TSP Salt
- ½ TSP Pepper
- 2 Pounds Ground Turkey
- 2 Whole Eggs & 2 Egg Whites Lightly Beaten
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- ¼ Cup of Flaxseed, Milled
Directions
Heat oven to 375°
Mix 3 Tablespoons of Ketchup with the rest of the ingredients.
Shape meat and place in a 9 x 5 pan coated with cooking spray.
Brush remaining ketchup on meatloaf.Cook for 1 hour & 10 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
