Ingredients

  • 7 TBL Ketchup
  • 1 Cup Quick Cooking Oatmeal½ Cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 TBL Dried Parsley
  • 1 TBL Dried Basil
  • ½ TSP Salt
  • ½ TSP Pepper
  • 2 Pounds Ground Turkey
  • 2 Whole Eggs & 2 Egg Whites Lightly Beaten
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • ¼ Cup of Flaxseed, Milled

Directions

Heat oven to 375°
Mix 3 Tablespoons of Ketchup with the rest of the ingredients.
Shape meat and place in a 9 x 5 pan coated with cooking spray.

Brush remaining ketchup on meatloaf.Cook for 1 hour & 10 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
