Machine Maintenance Cards can be found on all F.I. cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, Climbmills, and specialty units like the Zero Runner) throughout the gym. These handy “Having A Problem?” cards are easy to spot (as can be seen in the photo) and contain important info (serial numbers, models, brands) that F.I. staff uses to identify and log issues, and summon repair technicians.
If you encounter a problem, please bring the Machine Maintenance Card to the Front Desk so the issue can be promptly addressed. A speedy response minimizes machine down time.
