Kristin has added a Fitness Boxing class in response to popular demand. Look for Fitness Boxing on Mondays at 6:00 PM. Also note that the Tuesday 6:00 PM class is moving to 10:00 AM beginning 6/27.

Boxers are the best-conditioned of all athletes. Now you can train the way they do with Fitness Boxing. Fitness Boxing is a small-group training program (up to 6 people) that will use non-contact techniques and methods employed by boxers to develop boxing skills and overall fitness.

Features Of Fitness Boxing Include:
• Non-Contact
• 4 week program – 1 session per week
• Cost is $100 for the program
• Maximum of 6 people in a class
• Required: bag gloves or wraps (Must be purchased separately)
• Wraps available at the Front Desk
