Unlock stored tension from the past year, breathe easier and feel better in your body with a 75 minute warm yoga class, then relax deeply in a 30 minute, guided meditation while in a restorative shavasana. Post-meditation writing and journaling prompts to help clear your head and get focused for 2022.
