Fitness Incentive Earns Three


We Are Incredibly Proud And Humbled!

800+ fitness facilities across 3 continents were eligible to receive Customer Engagement Academy (CEA) Awards for 2018, and Fitness Incentive is excited to to announce the we have received three big ones!

CEA Platinum Designation

The highest of several designation levels. Fitness Incentive is one of only five gyms to obtain this ranking!

CEA Best Independent Gym

Alone at the top: Fitness Incentive scored higher than any other independent gym!

CEA Operator of the Year

Fitness Incentive received the highest NPS (which stands for Net Promoter Score—a measurement of customer satisfaction) scoring of any gym of any type!

The Customer Engagement Academy was established by The Retention People (TRP), which is a company employed by Fitness Incentive (and those 800 other clubs) to generate surveys that gauge members’ overall satisfaction with the clubs they belong to. The surveys generate the Net Promoter Scores, which CEA uses to identify and award the top facilities in their global database.
