The following changes to F.I.’s Yoga and Pilates schedules take effect beginning January 7th, 2019:
Monday 5:15 am Vinyasa Yoga (45 minutes) with Cheryl D
Tuesday 6:00 am Mat Pilates CHANGE to Hot Pilates
Wednesday 10:15 am & Friday 10:30 am Strength Flow CHANGE to Explore/Restore Yoga with Donna P
Thursday 8:00 pm Vinyasa CHANGE to Power Yoga Advanced Level
Sunday 8:00 am Vinyasa 90 w/ Neelima CHANGE to One Hour Vinyasa II – start time 8:30 am (still intermediate)
Monday 6:00 am Rise and Shine Yoga with Andrea
Tuesday 10:30 am Vinyasa with Carol L.
Explore/Restore Yoga – Explore the fundamentals of active yoga poses as well as the deep benefits of restorative yoga.
Hot Pilates – Be prepared to sweat a bit as we raise the heat for HOT Pilates – Continue to receive all the benefits of hard CORE Pilates training with the added health benefits of our Infrared Heat! Bring water and a towel.
