Sue Brunjes CPT
Sue Brunjes has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and is Personal Trainer with 15 years’ experience in the health care industry. Three of those years were spent working in the Cardiac Rehab field. She is co-founder of the Pink Ribbon Training program at Fitness Incentive, where she utilizes exercise as a recovery tool for women fighting breast cancer. She is also co-creator of Fit Force, a short and intense functional training class designed to build physical and mental strength. She uses her extensive knowledge and expertise to prescribe and apply proper cardiovascular and strength training routines for each individual client. She is fully aware of the different needs and wants of her clients and makes it a priority to tailor each workout to reflect that. She helps each client reach their full potential through hard work and dedication. “If you are persistent, you will get it! If you are consistent you will keep it!” she says.
