Kelly Peckholdt holds a BA from Siena College and an MA in Education from Hofstra University. She is an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Practical Yoga Trainer, and an ACE-certified Holistic Health Coach. She is also CPR/AED-certified. A lifelong dancer for whom fitness and wellness have always been a vital part of life, Kelly lists among her specialties Lifetime Health and Wellness training, Strength and Flexibility Training, Weight Management, and Goal-Setting. “Be patient with yourself,” says Kelly. “You are not going to see results overnight.
