Jillian Jacinth CPT
Jillian Jacinth is a graduate from Le Moyne College with a psychology major and biology minor. She was also an athlete. “As a Division II softball player, my work ethic developed and my passion for exercise sparked,” she says. She is a certified AAAI/ISMA Personal Trainer in Strength, Conditioning and Weight Training and an AFAA Group Exercise instructor and Personal Trainer. She also holds certifications as a ICG Spin instructor and Queenax Bridge Functional Training instructor. “I am a firm believer in functional training,” she says. “It is important to not just work one single muscle group, but to engage as many groups as possible. I want see everybody succeed,” she continues, “and I love to see the spark within a person shine!” Having someone work to their highest potential is what I aim for while training. I want people to prove they are capable of doing anything they set their mind to.”
As a former student athlete, working with athletes has become one of Jillian’s specialties. “While working to mold an athlete physically and bring out their fullest potential, I believe in working on their psychology also. When everything comes together, success is inevitable.”
