Working with a professional trainer is, without a doubt, the surest way to achieve any fitness goal you may have, whether it’s weight loss, improved fitness, increased muscular strength, greater flexibility, or all of the above. It will also boost your confidence and comfort level when you work out on your own–you’ll really know your way around the gym and feel at home. Your Trainer is all at once an expert coach, a motivator, a workout partner and, in many cases, a friend. Together you form a team dedicated to making your fitness goals a reality.

Our Fit2Go program – which is free for all members – includes a complete fitness evaluation as well as a fitness program designed especially for you by a personal trainer. Beginners will learn everything they need to know to get started on a successful fitness program. Experienced exercisers get a more advanced program that will help them get to the next level. Whatever your level of fitness and experience, Fit2Go will have you, well, fit to go!
