How do you want to train? Fitness Incentive offers several different ways to approach training. Which one is right for you? That depends on your circumstances, your preferences, your budget, and your training goals. Options include:

Private Training
One on one training with your Personal Trainer. This method is available for most training programs

Partner Training
Allows you and your friend to train together. A great way to stay motivated and save on your training costs.

Small Group Training
Exactly what you would think – training in a small group, typically 3 or 4 people. Even more savings and fun. Don’t have a group? We can usually find one for you.

Session Length:
We also offer sessions of different lengths. You can choose 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour sessions for most formats. This further allows you to work within your schedule and budget.

Discounts and Payment Plans are available.
Session Packages are available for most programs at a significant discount. And you can pay for you personal training session packages in convenient installments. Inquire at the front desk for more details.
