This transformative workshop will boost memory, creativity, and overall cognitive function. Each week will focus on one pillar of brain health as taught by the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Prevention Foundation. It will be a combination of a lecture and kundalini yoga session with scientifically-backed meditation. Kundalini yoga is a low activity and highly therapeutic experience that incorporates breathwork, meditation, visualization and chanting appropriate for all levels from no experience to advanced.
