Hybrid Kickboxing: Focus is a marriage between a fitness-style kickboxing class and a traditional self defense and strength course. This course teaches real techniques that can be used for self defense as well as functional exercise, yoga, and weight training. With all of these modes of training combined, this class utilizes equipment such as boxing gloves, kicking shields, focus pads, dumbbells, kettle bells, and the TRX.

This complete fitness kickboxing workout will give you that real “fight camp” feel without any of the bumps and bruises. “Hybrid Kickboxing: Focus” skips the flashy dance moves a normal cardio kickboxing class provides but replaces that with a more personalized approach, breaking down every detail that goes into a strike. “HKB: Focus” will push your body to the limit and make you feel like a fighter.
