In addition to a HUGE number of home-grown classes, Fitness Incentive is excited and proud to offer several popular fitness classes, such as Zumba, Insanity, Pound, Jillian Michael’s Body Shred and more! All taught by instructors certified in the class format who also happen to be completely amazing!

With ZUMBA you party yourself into shape. Forget the workout and lose yourself in the music! Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming with “RipStix.”  The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute series. You’ll burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour while you strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique.

INSANITY, designed by former Olympic hurdler Shaun Thompson (better known as Shaun T), gained popularity as a DVD workout known for its crazy yet effective “MAX” interval workout. Think nonstop, high-intensity intervals with short periods of rest. Insanity’s “live” classes feature the same plyometric drills as the DVDs, but unlike the at-home version, live class participants enjoy the added bonus of group camaraderie and a real life instructor.

Jillian Michael’s  BODYSHRED™ is a high intensity and endurance based 30-minute workout that utilizes her patented 3-2-1 interval approach:  3 minutes of strength training. 2 minutes of cardio followed by 1 minute of abs. You will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance.
