Chelsea Sorahan is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. She attended the Stony Brook University School of Health Sciences and is now currently in the Touro College School of Nursing. She plans to continue her education as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Chelsea took up her love for health and fitness after growing up as a dedicated lacrosse and basketball player. She is an overcomer of many health issues and injuries which has motivated her to help others triumph over their own challenges. She has experience working with neurological disorders, hormonal imbalances, and orthopedic injuries that can impede one’s ability to move forward in their fitness journey. Chelsea believes health and fitness goals are achieved by staying consistent, prioritizing self-care, and working hard to better themselves every day.

T.J. Lynch is an ACSM and IFA-certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who has been leading people on the path to reaching their goals for close to ten years now. T.J. graduated from Adelphi University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Physical Education along with a Division II national lacrosse championship win. He is also a town of Babylon Ocean lifeguard and a Long Island Natural Bodybuilding Champion.
