Power Yoga, H.I.I.T., Kickboxing, Barre…you can even dance the night away with Street Beats. There’s a lot going on in the P.M. these days at F.I.!
Be sure to check the complete class schedule often—we’re adding more classes regularly. Example: 6-Pack Ab Attack with TJ Lynch (Tuesdays 7:15 P.M. begins 3/15). 6-Pack Ab Attack is 15 minutes of nonstop intense, mindful abdominal movements followed by deep breathing and a well-deserved stretch!

And we haven’t forgotten you day-trippers either…we recently added Yoga Sculpt with Ally Grell (Wednesdays 8:00 AM). Yoga Sculpt boosts your metabolism and tones the muscles with a H.I.I.T.-style workout combined into yoga flow!
