Come enjoy a light-to-moderate Vinyasa-style yoga practice linking our movements to our breathing and encouraging a seamless transition from one posture to another in a continuous flow. To be followed by a full meditative and deeply immersive experience in a sound bath — a full body listening technique combining crystal bowls and the sound of the ocean that will nurture the body and provide a journey to calm the mind and activate the body’s natural healing systems.
