FlYoga combines traditional yoga poses done on the floor and postures done using the Yoga trapeze.  The use of the Yoga trapeze enhances decompression because with the help of gravity, there is very little pressure or stress on the joints, encouraging more length in the spine and safe alignment in all poses.  Inversions are accessed easily with no strain on the neck, back or shoulders.  Due to the assist of gravity, optimal alignment is achieved with minimal effort and relaxation is enhanced.   Hanging in the trapeze and transitioning in and out of the poses makes core muscles fire and builds upper body strength.  Resting in the postures heightens our relaxation response, encouraging deep breathing for a full, balanced workout, and it’s so much fun, you won’t even realize how hard you are working!

Two Times are Available: Wednesdays, 11:30 am,  Saturdays at 11:30 am
