Extreme fitness programs are designed to push your fitness to a whole new level. They are intense – some would say insane – but no one would ever call them boring, and their many adherents would actually go so far as to claim they’re “fun!”  These programs are all different from one another, but they all share some common characteristics: they are innovative, fast paced and demanding. They are all also offered in a group format, making them an affordable way to meet new gym friends while you get in the best shape of your life.

Jump & Drill

Jump and Drill

Punch, Kick and Drill Your Way to Fitness

Cardio, Strength, Balance & Flexibility. This class has it all! Invented and instructed by Kelly Wallace, one our most experienced and popular instructors, Jump & Drill will take you through an invigorating and empowering workout incorporating kicks, punches and combinations with athletic drills. Proper execution and proficiency of all moves will allow participants to maximize muscle tone, range of motion, and aerobic capacity. You’ll also work some awesome stretches and ab exercises that you’ll be able to do at home! And you’ll be doing some real hitting – of the pads, that is – punching, kicking, the works. So everyone who joins the program will need to join with a partner – a pad partner! The class will be limited to 20 people – 10 pairs. There is an additional fee for this class, and registration is required.

Power X-Fit

The most insane, intense 30 minutes you’ll ever experience!

Power X Fit takes you to the great outdoors for a challenging 30 minute interval training program that will get you panting, sweating and burning calories like never before. High Intensity Interval Training

Hard H.I.I.T is a high intensity interval training program that incorporates TRX Suspension Training, battling ropes, and high intensity interval training/cardio drills. Together, they combine to create a challenging and powerful combination of cardio and HIIT drills, strength training intervals on the TRX, and powerhouse drills with weights and kettlebells.  Get strong, burn calories, dramatically improve your core strength, and get fit in this outdoor circuit program!

ViPR

A Revolutionary Training System

ViPR is FI’s program of whole body training using the revolutionary ViPR apparatus. ViPR was created from a need to evolve training tools that foster purposeful motion and blend strength training with functional training and movement. The ViPR class is 30 minutes of fast-paced timed exercise intervals that will elevate the heart rate and challenge the body.
