We take pride in having exceptionally well-maintained spin bikes. We dedicate many man-hours every week to keep them clean and tuned. Now, we’ve upgraded our bikes to the latest and greatest spin bikes available - the Keiser M3. There’s never been a better time to get spinning at FI!

Spinning in the Spindrome
You have to see it to believe it! The "spindrome" is a black-on-black blacklight-lit spin room highlighted by our one-of-a-kind blacklight glow in the dark cityscape - spinning the Spindrome is a unique experience.

Convenience
We offer more Spin classes than any club we know of, with more than 35 a week to choose from. We have more bikes, too! 30 Keiser M3 Spinners are available to get you on a bike spinning instead of spinning your wheels waiting. Classes are available 7 days a week, from as early as 5am through 8:30 pm.

Free Childcare is available for most classes in our state-of the-art childcare center.

We Take You and Our Program Seriously
The Spindrome is a dedicated spinning environment, not a converted
racquetball court or some other spare room where we roll out the bikes. We designed it to provide the best spinning environment possible: dedicated environmental systems, an audiophile quality sound system, exciting black-light artwork, and 30 clean, well maintained bikes.
