PAR (Prevention and Recovery) Training
The most difficult challenges in life often center around health. “If you’ve got your health, you’ve got everything,” as the saying goes. These words never ring so true as when we find our health compromised and our quality of life threatened. Getting back to “normal” can seem intimidating, but our PAR Training Programs are designed to lend a hand. Our Trainers have worked to develop condition specific programs for dealing with Breast Cancer, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease, Obesity, and Injury Rehabilitation. Many of these programs focus both on prevention for those at risk and recovery for those already challenged by these conditions.
