Your trainer will prepare a written guide providing frequency, duration and intensity recommendations for your strength and cardio workouts. These will be based upon your personal fitness level and goals. Professional Exercise Program Design You like to workout on your own, to do-it-yourself. There’s nothing wrong with that! But even an experienced exerciser can fall short of getting the most out of a workout. You may even be hurting yourself without knowing it. The solution: The Fitness Incentive Professionally Designed Exercise Program. Our personal training staff will prepare an exercise program especially for you! Your Trainer will: Perform a complete Fitness Evaluation. Develop a custom cardiovascular and strength training work out to suit your specific needs, goals and fitness level. Walk you through each exercise with a thorough explanation Show you how to execute each exercise, offering advice on the proper form, setting and weight for each exercise Each Program: Is eight weeks in length. Provides both strength training (1 hour in duration) and cardio workouts. Comes with written exercise charts, descriptions (and pictures,too!)
