Athletic Training Athletics demand the very best from us in terms of skills, mental toughness, and physical conditioning. At Fitness Incentive, we focus on the conditioning part of the equation. Our philosophy is simple: the advantage always lies with the better-conditioned athlete. It doesn’t matter if you are a high school or college athlete, an adult recreational or competitive athlete,or a serious “weekend warrior.” The Athletic Training Program at Fitness Incentive will get you in the best competitive shape possible. Our Programs are staffed by Professional Trainers who specialize in working with athletes and bringing them to the top of their games. In addition to private one-on-one and semi-private (2-4 individuals) training formats, we also offer athletic training for High School and College-aged athletes through our Athletic AdvantageXS program (in a group format) as well as customized programs for teams. These programs are open to both members and non-members. Athletic Training includes evaluations of your: Speed Cardiovascular capacity Flexibility Physical strengths and weakness Agility In addition to traditional strength and cardio workouts, you will experience innovative new concepts in Athletic Training, both in the gym and even out on the field. You will work with stability balls, medicine balls, BOSUs, slides, Kettle Bells, plyometric tools, the Functional Trainer, speed ladders, and more.
