Athletic Advantage Training
Are you in your best competitive shape possible? If the answer is “no,” we have the solution. Athletic Advantage Training was designed by and is supervised by Professional Athletic Trainers. It is a program of on-going, regularly scheduled group athletic training sessions that is open exclusively to
high school and college athletes, members as well as non-members.

Participants will be evaluated at the beginning of the program, and every 8 weeks thereafter. Evaluations will include:

Weight & Body Fat Analysis
Vertical Jump, Shuttle Run,  Long Jump, Push-ups, Squats, Crunches and
Sit & Reach

Exercises and drills will focus on:
Balance & Stability, Endurance & Strength, Power, Speed, & Agility Drills
Flexibility, Plyometrics, Linear & Lateral Speed, and Deceleration

Exercise & drills will be performed with the use of the following tools & equipment:
Agility Ladder, Hurdles, Stability Ball, Bosu (half ball), Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Foam Rollers, Plyo Boxes and Body-weight Exercises

The goals and benefits of the program are:
Improved footwork, Quicker change of direction, First step quickness, Increased muscular strength and flexibility, Greater endurance, Greater power output with less effort, Improved core strength, Better coordination and Better overall speed.
