Cardio, Strength, Balance & Flexibility.  This class has it all!
Kelly will take you through an invigorating and empowering workout incorporating kicks, punches and combinations with athletic drills. Proper execution and proficiency of all moves will allow participants to maximize muscle tone, range of motion, and aerobic capacity. You’ll also work some awesome stretches and ab exercises that you'll be able to do at home!
And you’ll be doing some real hitting - of the pads, that is - punching, kicking, the works. So everyone who joins the program will need to join with a partner - a pad partner! The class will be limited to 16 people - 8 partners. We’ll meet once a week for 8 weeks. The class is taught by Kelly Wallace, one our most experienced and popular instructors.
